We typically roast on Wednesdays, so online orders placed before Tuesday at 5pm are roasted and shipped that week, while orders placed after 5pm Tuesday are typically pushed to the following week.
This natural process coffee from Honduras is very clean and bright. Not a ton of acidity, but really crisp and fresh with some distinct floral qualities. We found tasting notes of honeydew melon, molasses, and white tea.
