Thank you for shopping with Likewise Coffee Roasters LLC. We roast to order to ensure maximum freshness, and our fulfillment schedule reflects that commitment.


Roasting & Fulfillment Schedule

All coffee is roasted on Wednesdays.

  • Orders placed by 5:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday will be roasted and fulfilled that same week.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Tuesday will be roasted and fulfilled the following week.

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after roasting.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Events beyond our control

If your package is delayed in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Likewise Coffee Roasters LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
