Our go-to filter coffee blend. Balanced and approachable, it is frequently an inverse of our espresso blend, with more of the fruit-forward coffee and less of what we use as the traditional espresso base. The result is a coffee that is similar to our best-selling Mosaic Blend, but is geared to be a little more exciting on drip. Current origins are Ethiopia and Honduras.
