We typically roast on Wednesdays, so online orders placed before Tuesday at 5pm are roasted and shipped that week, while orders placed after 5pm Tuesday are typically pushed to the following week.
Our go-to filter coffee blend. Balanced and approachable, it is frequently an inverse of our espresso blend, with more of the fruit-forward coffee and less of what we use as the traditional espresso base. The result is a coffee that is similar to our best-selling Mosaic Blend, but is geared to be a little more exciting on drip. Current origins are Ethiopia and Guatemala.
