We typically roast on Wednesdays, so online orders placed before Tuesday at 5pm are roasted and shipped that week, while orders placed after 5pm Tuesday are typically pushed to the following week.
The Huehuetanango region of Guatemala produces a rich and traditional flavor profiled coffee. We find tasting notes of cashew, raisin, and molasses. It brews nicely on drip coffee and also as an espresso and works well as a coffee for milk-based drinks.
